Terms and conditions of purchase

1.0   Shipping

1.1   We will have quality control before the product been packing and make sure the product is
        packed properly.
1.2   Once parcel was sent to carrier company(Pos Malaysia), we will not responsible for any 
        parcel damage caused by the carrier company.
1.3   We provide few delivery options for different budget range. Each delivery option has it's own
        risk. Please choose carefully to avoid any incident. Customers should bare on their own risk.
1.4   For customers who chosen Normal Pos, or PosExpress, there are no guarantee reach as it
        do not require receipient's signature.
1.5   For guarantee reach parcel, customer may choose PosLaju or PosDaftar to secure your
        parcels. If there is any missing parcel during delivery (PosLaju or PosDaftar), we will send a
        new replacement parcel immediately after received missing parcel confirmation from Poslaju.
1.6   Customer may check for parcel tracking code by logon to customer account > My Order.

2.0   Product

2.1   We are happy to accept comments from you regarding our service. Please email us at
2.2   The colors shown in the website may have variance of 80% due to light capture, photo
        resolution and customer's computer resolution.
2.3   We do not provide any warranty for the products in this website.

3.0   Packing and Send Off

3.1   We will proceed packing and send off in 24 hours once we receive payment from customer for
        the product stated "We send off in 24 hours after you make payment!"; otherwise, all products
        will be ship off 8 to 12 business days after payment received.

4.0   Return and refund

4.1   Once payment was made by customer, we will proceed order from supplier.
4.2   If customer requested to cancel order after payment, 30% of the order total amount or RM5
        (whichever is higher) will be charged for bank transaction fee and termination fee. The
        remainder of the money will be bank in manually by E View Trading with provided bank
        information by customer.
4.3   Goods sold are not refundable but exchangable in
        a.   15 days from ship out date for normal pos with envelope and stamps
        b.   10 days from received date for Pos Daftar, Pos Express and PosLaju.
        by us withsuch as valid reason(s) that acceptable by E View Trading. 
4.4   E View Trading will bare the cost of return postage fee and second shipment for defective upon
        delivery or wrong item delivery.
4.5   Customer will bear the item return postage fee and the cost of second shipment in the case of
        other reason(s). This process must be undergoing agreement between E View Trading
        customer service and customer.

6.0   Payment

6.1   The customer shall be entitled to make payment for the Goods pursuant to the payment
        methods set out in ProtectMyPhoneMalaysia.com website.
6.2   In addition to any additional terms contained in ProtectMyPhoneMalaysia.com website, the
        following terms shall also apply to the following types of payment:

        method elected in 24 hours, we shall be entitled to cancel the order.

7.0   Personal Data Protection

7.1   We will only collect information where it is necessary for us to do so and we will only collect
        information if it is relevant to customer service to dealings with customer. We will only keep
        customer's information for as long as company are either required to by law or as is relevant
        for the purposes for which it was collected. We are committed to complying with the
        Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 at all times.

8.0   Terms and Condition

8.1   We have the final rights to alter the terms and condition in any period.
